R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 145 dated 16.10.2013 for offences under Sections 323, 324, 326, 307, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur.
Both respondents no. 2 and 3 are stated to be present in person.
Learned counsel for private respondents submits that respondent no. 2, who is present in person, is the only injured and does not dispute the compromise between the parties. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the interim bail granted vide order dated 24.04.2015 is made absolute subject to the petitioners appearing before the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer on 30.07.2015 between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. Petitioners are directed to join investigation as and when required and cooperate with the same.
