***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (ORAL) Mr. Jaiveer Singh Malik, Advocate, has made appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 and filed Power of Attorney, which is taken on record. He submits that amicable settlement has reached between the parties in the Lok Adalat, before the Courts at Bhiwani and the petition for divorce, which is sought to be transferred, has since been withdrawn by the respondent.
In view of the statement made by the counsel for respondent No.1 aforesaid, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
Ordered accordingly.
