Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.208 dated 05.08.2014 under Section 420 IPC, registered at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar City.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the present petitioner absented from the Court proceedings on 28.11.2016 and non-bailable warrants were issued for 10.01.2017. The petitioner filed the bail application before Court of Session and learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide order dated 22.03.2017, observed that though non-bailable warrants have been issued but the bail order has yet not been cancelled by the learned trial court, which Vineet Gulati 2017.04.21 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh means that as the bail order has not been cancelled, therefore, the petitioner

CRM No.M-12950 of 2017 -2can appear before the lower Court and the Court will take bail bonds as per bail order, which has not been cancelled and still existing. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I find that the bail order is existing and has not been cancelled by the trial court. The petitioner can appear before learned trial court and can furnish fresh bail bonds, if permitted by the Court. Therefore, present petition stands dismissed.
