Accordingly, the petition is disposed of directing Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur to probe the grievances as contained in Annexure P6 and P7 of the petitioner himself or get it enquired from some Gazetted Police Officer and then to take necessary action as per law if so warranted by the circumstances within a period of three months from today.
