**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to judgments and decrees dated 19.01.1990 and 06.06.1990 whereby a suit for permanent injunction filed at the instance of respondent-plaintiff was decreed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have entered into a settlement and the appellants do not intend to pursue the present appeal. In this regard, the affidavits dated 02.01.2015 have been produced in Court today, the same are taken on record as Mark-X and Mark-Y and have been countersigned by learned counsel representing appellants. Registry is requested to tag the affidavits at the appropriate place.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of being not pressed.
