ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Assailed herein is an order dated 10.02.2023 (Annexure P-9) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalandhar whereby third party objection petition filed by petitioner in execution proceedings has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1, at the very outset, submits that possession of the property in dispute has already been handed over to the petitioner and as such, instant proceedings have rendered infructuous.

The aforesaid submission is not controverted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner.

In the premise, instant revision petition is disposed of as infructuous.
