Mr. Karan Chaudhary, Advocate for respondent No.2.      Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.15 dated 24.01.2014, registered under Sections 498/A, 406, 120/B IPC at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a draft of 30,000// to counsel for the complainant. He further submitted that 20,000// has earlier been paid before the court below. Learned State counsel on instructions states that pursuant to order dated 24.04.2014 petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant states that recovery is yet to be effected.

       Recovery can even otherwise be effected.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 24.04.2014 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
