(Oral) Status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Sukhwinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (City), Ferozepur filed in the Court today. The same be taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Paragraph 6 of the above said status report reads as under :- "That now the cancellation report in FIR No. 232 dated 10.11.2020 has already been prepared, but the same could only be presented in the concerned Court in the presence of Sunita Rani alias Pooja Rani complainant. Since Sunita Rani alias Pooja Rani is accused in FIR No. 63 dated 13.05.2021 and her presence is yet to be procured in the said case and the police is trying to trace her, but she could not be found till date. Thus the cancellation report in FIR No. 232/2020 could not be presented in the trial Court."
