Learned State counsel contends that the petitioner was relieved from service as TGT Social Studies for want of essential qualification. She has passed HTET Level-1 examination; whereas, to be eligible for the post a candidate must pass HTET Level-2 examination. Unless essential qualification for the post is fulfilled by candidates, he/she has no right to be appointed.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last two dates, none appeared on her behalf. The fact of her not possessing PAYAL 2024.03.05 11:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
