**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 33 dated 27.02.2017 under Sections 354/354-A/354-B/354-D IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Patiala.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 20.04.2017 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as SDO in department of PWD (Building & Roads) and is aged about 46 years and has wife and children.

Seen the FIR. He further submits that the FIR was filed after three months.

Notice of motion returnable for 30.05.2017.

In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on ad-interim anticipatory bail in FIR No.33 dated 27.02.2017, registered under Sections 354/354-A/354B/354-D IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala, on furnishing of his bail bonds amounting to `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.04.2017, the petitioner has joined investigation. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 20.04.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police; will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 16.08.2017 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
