HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.P. NAGRATH PRESENT: Mr. Kumar Vishav Aggarwal, Advocate for the petitioner. R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a prayer that the instant petition may be dispose of with liberty to the petitioner to deposit the amount in installments. It is further submitted that the matter is fixed before the trial Court for 28.04.2015 regarding payment of amount.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to deposit an amount of ` 50,000/- before the trial Court, out of the arrears of interim maintenance on 28.04.2015 and is at liberty file application with a prayer for making payment of the balance amount in installments which the trial Court shall decide in accordance with law, after hearing learned counsel for both the parties. It is also directed that the said application be filed on 28.04.2015, itself and on doing so, the trial/Executing Court shall decided the same within two weeks thereafter.
