H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Harjit Singh, from Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur, states that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and has furnished affidavit that he does not hold any passport, as such the petitioner is not required by the local police for further investigation In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.1.2018 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.

It is made clear, that in case the petitioner is found violating any terms and conditions, the order granting pre-arrest bail shall be liable to be withdrawn.
