(Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No.37 dated 30.03.2016, under Sections 498-A, 406 and 313 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Sector 17, Chandigarh Vide order dated 29.04.2016 of this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre to enable the petitioner to settle the disputes with the complainant and the parties were directed to appear before the mediation centre of this Court on 20.05.2016. As per the report of the mediator, the parties have not been able to resolve their disputes.

CRM-M-13950-2016 -2Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of compromise deed dated 30.01.2017 which would reveal that the parties have amicably settled their disputes as per terms and conditions contained therein.

In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The interim bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 29.04.2016, is made absolute.
