Learned counsel for petitioners submits that son of petitioner no. 1, namely, Rajesh Kumar @ Jodha had married with Neelam Kumari daughter of respondent no. 5-Mahender Singh. Out of annoyance they ransacked house of petitioners and turned them out of the village. A representation dated 16.02.2017 was given to the police, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure P-3, whereby petitioners sought protection of their life and liberty as they want to return to their village and live there peacefully.
Keeping in view the submissions of learned counsel for petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merit of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to look into representation dated 16.02.2017 (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order along with representation in his office.
