The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 10.11.1998 whereby Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Haryana converted the punishment of dismissal from service to stoppage of five increments. 2.

The petitioner is a Co-operative Bank and it dismissed its one employee namely Nepal Singh. He preferred an appeal before Registrar, Co-operative Societies who vide impugned order set aside punishment of dismissal from service and imposed punishment of forfeiture of five PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2025.02.25 04:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 2218 of 1999(O&M) -2increments. The impugned order was stayed by this Court vide order dated 18.05.1999.

Mr. Manav Dhull, Advocate submits that respondent No. 2 after passing of impugned order never worked with the petitioner-bank. 4.

Despite notice, there is no representation of respondent No. 2. As per office report, he has passed away.

Nepal Singh respondent No. 2 was dismissed from service vide order dated 31.03.1998 and Appellate Authority converted his punishment into stoppage of five increments. This Court vide order dated 18.05.1999 stayed operation of appellate order. On account of stay order, the respondent No. 2 remained out of service.

In the aforesaid development, disposed of with liberty to legal representative(s) of respondent No. 2 to move an appropriate application within three months from today, if cause survives. 7.
