The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's candidature for selection to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in response to advertisement 02/2023 under BC-A category, though he inadvertently applied for the post as a General category candidate. 2.

It remains undisputed that final selection result was declared on 27.07.2024, and by now appointments of the selected candidates have also been made. After participating in the selection process as a General category candidate, the petitioner cannot be allowed to turn around and seek Seema 2025.02.21 18:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document


 

 consideration under a different category, that too after declaration of the final result.

The issue already stands decided against the petitioner vide judgment passed in CWP-18628-2024, dated 05.08.2024 titled Nisha v. State of Haryana and others.

In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition, and it stands dismissed.
