R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed by petitioner-Vishu @ Navdeep, seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 193 dated 18.08.2014 registered under Sections 452/323/427/148/149 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 308 IPC (added lateron) at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Forozepur.
When this case was listed on 19.01.2015 following order was passed:- "Petitioner seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of Darshna Rani alleging that on 16.8.2014, the petitioner along with others had attacked the complainant and her son causing injuries dangerous to life.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that grievous injury has been attributed to the co-accused of the petitioner namely Sandeep Kumar whereas the petitioner has been attributed a simple injury on the RISHU KATARIA 2015.07.07 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

It has been submitted that the marriage of the petitioner is fixed for 27.1.2015.
Notice of motion for 4.3.2015.
Meanwhile, an interim direction is issued that the petitioner will join investigation on 24.1.2015 between 10AM to 4 PM. In case of petitioner doing so, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer."
On instructions from ASI Gurlal Singh, learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 15.05.2015 and he is no more required for further interrogation. In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.01.2015 is made absolute. The petitioner shall abide by the conditions as enshrined in Section 438
(2) Cr.P.C.
