Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.226 dated 16.07.2017 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506, 427 IPC (challan presented under Sections 325, 326, 323, 506, 427/34 IPC) at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 05.02.2025.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that neither the petitioners nor their counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
