# The petition is disposed off with the direction, as per the contentions raised by the petitioner's counsel, to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib and the officers under his jurisdiction to ensure that before calling upon the petitioner Surinder Kaur to the Police Station at least 24 hours notice is served upon her to facilitate the compliance and that she is not unnecessarily put to harassment.
