(Oral) This petition has been filed for quashment of FIR bearing No.195 dated 26.11.2012 under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the compromise between the parties has not fructified at this stage and that is why the statement was not given.
