Dalbir Singh v. State Of Punjab And ORS
CRM-M-13001-2015 (O&M)
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CRM-M-13001-2015 (O&M).
Decided on: July 20, 2015.
Dalbir Singh ..... Petitioner(s)
Versus
State of Punjab and others ..... Respondent(s) * * *
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.M.S. BEDI PRESENT Mr.B.S.Thind, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr.Neeraj Sharma, AAG., Punjab.
M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) No one has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.4 despite service.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considered the circumstances of the case. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 after having been granted bail has made an attempt to tamper with the evidence by threatening the brother of the deceased. On asking of the Court, it has been informed that brother of the deceased has already been examined as a witness. In view of said circumstances, this petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to approach this Court again. (M.M.S. BEDI) July 20, 2015.
