However, counsel for the respondent has supplied the copy of the order dated 09.12.2024, passed by the court below, whereby the two suits i.e. CS/897/2022 titled "Seema Gupta v/s Amarjit Kaur" and CS/694/2022 titled "Jaswinder Kaur v/s Amarjit Kaur & Others", have since been consolidated.

In the revision petition, in hand, the petitioner had sought setting aside of the order dated 17.10.2023 (Annexure P-8), whereby an application under Section 10 of CPC, filed at the instance of the petitioner, was dismissed.
