**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has been convicted by the trial Court vide order dated 26.08.2021.

Learned State counsel has also affirmed the aforesaid fact and filed the custody certificate dated 11th September, 2021, of the petitioner in Court today, wherein, the aforesaid fact has been substantiated. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Dismissed as infructuous.
