(ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of orders dated 04.09.2019 and 01.05.2019 passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ajnala, whereby petitioners No.1 & 2 were declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No.47 dated 05.05.2018 registered under Sections 307,364,148,149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural.

Vide order dated 28.02.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, both the petitioners i.e. Jagroop Singh and Joga Singh were directed to surrender before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that Jagroop Singhpetitioner No.1 surrendered before the trial Court but Joga Singh-petitioner ISHWAR SINGH 2020.09.25 04:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-8597 of 2020 -2No.2 did not surrender before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners further states that since Joga Singh-petitioner No.2 has not complied with order dated 28.02.2020, therefore, he is not pressing the present petition qua Joga Singh-petitioner No.2 and prays that the same may be dismissed qua him. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous qua petitioner No.1-Jagroop Singh, whereas qua petitioner No.2-Joga Singh, the same is dismissed as not pressed.
