Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the registration of FIR No.443 dated 16.05.2018 at Police Station Jhajjar for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, no further action has been taken by the police. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4-Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar to look into grievance of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
