This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking certain action against guilty police officials. It appears that on 05.05.2013 between 10.a.m. to 11.00 a.m., respondents no. 4 to 7 alongwith some police officials scaled the wall of the petitioners' house and hurled abuses. All the female members were locked in a room. Some of them were given beatings. After this court took cognizance of the matter, the SHO of police station Jamsher entered into a compromise with petitioner no. 1. It was stated before the court that petitioner no. 1 had made a statement under pressure from the police. Assistance from Public Prosecutor of Central Bureau of Investigation was also sought in this case.
Today it has been submitted before the court that departmental action has been taken against respondent no. 4 and his one year service has been forfeited.

CRM M-15840 of 2013 In view of above, present petition is disposed of at this stage with the direction that it shall be ensured that no harm is caused to the petitioners all of whom are women unless they are involved in any case.
Keeping in view conduct of respondent no. 4, it is evident that he requires a further training to continue in police force. It is, thus, directed that he is not given operational posting for at least two years.
In the eventuality order forfeiting service of respondent no. 4 is reversed by appeal/revision, a copy thereof shall be forwarded to this court forthwith.
