Mr. S.K. Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. C.S.Brar, DAG, Punjab Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has placed on record statements of the petitioners received through HC Sushil Singh, Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur whereby the petitioners have shown that threat perception no more subsists. However, counsel for the petitioners stated that on the last Sunday he has received instructions from the present petitioners that they have been given threats by private respondent no. 4. Keeping in view this state of affairs, official respondent no. 2 is directed to protect life and liberty of the petitioners. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to move this Court again in case any such eventuality arise. Disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
