The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondent to depute them for Lower School Course.

The petitioners intended to undergo Lower School Course. They participated in B-1 test. They cleared the same, however, failed in parade test. As per respondent, they were bound to secure minimum 50% marks in parade test.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that with the efflux of time, petitioners have lost interest to pursue the present petition.
