The present petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event of filing of the revision petition before the Court of Session within 15 days of passing of this order along with an application for condonation of delay, the said application shall be decided keeping in view the fact that the present petition was filed before this Court.
Learned Trial Court shall also consider sympathetically the grant of exemption from personal appearance of the women petitioners.
