Status report by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga, has been filed in Court along with the report of the Medical Board of doctors with respect to the medical condition of the wife of the petitioner. As per the report, the petitioner's wife is inflicted with gangrene of all four limbs and presently is under treatment at AIIMS, Bathinda, for which she has been advised regular follow-up treatments. In the circumstances, the parole granted to the wife of the petitioner vide order dated 18.01.2024 is extended for two months w.e.f. 16.03.2024 to 15.05.2024 in terms of release order dated 18.01.2024.
