(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing/setting aside letter dated 09.09.2021 (Annexure P-13) issued by respondent No.4 in reply to the legal notice dated 30.06.2021 (Annexure P-12) whereby the request of the petitioner to respondent No.4 for keeping his PF account operative within the meaning of EPF Act till the issue raised in LPA No.1572 of 5016, attains finality; along with certain other prayers.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to approach again after decision of the LPA No.1572 of 2016 titled as Dr. Jagwant Singh Vs. State of Punjab & ors. pending before the Division Bench of this court, if need be. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 18th JULY, 2022 'raj'
