**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 53 dated 11.6.2017 registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, District Rupnagar under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.

Petitioner is the mother-in-law and is in custody since 11.6.2017.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody for over 10 months and the trial is going at a slow pace. State counsel opposed the bail application and urges that death had taken place in the matrimonial home within two years of the marriage and viscera report has also been received and four witness have also been examined.

Considering the allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail. The petition is dismissed.
