The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 22 dated 09.11.2023 under Sections 384, 506, 411, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and 25 (7) of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station State Special Operations Cell, District SAS Nagar. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
