Aggrieved by the order dated 28.01.2021, vide which petitioner was declared proclaimed offender, passed by the Sessions Judge, Faridabad, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was convicted in the trial and he had filed an appeal which is pending before the Sessions Court, Faridabad. He further submits that he is duly appearing before the Sessions Court, as such the present petition has become infructuous.

Given the above statement made by the petitioner, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
