This is petitioner's second attempt to get regular bail, pending trial in FIR No. 289 dated 21.11.2019, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1985 Act"), at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa. 2.

Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, has pointed out that the petitioner is also involved as an accused, in two more cases, one of which is also registered under the 1985 Act. 3.

At this stage, the learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.
