*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the Central Board of Secondary Education to declare the Class 12 result of one student, namely, Lakshya.

In my view, grievance against non-declaration of the result would be of the student, namely, Lakshya and not of the petitioner. Thus, he would have the locus to file a writ petition and not the petitioner. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
