2.1 A perusal of the aforesaid letters clearly indicates that certain documents/information had been sought from the petitioner by the Regional Passport Office, Jalandhar; however, instead of responding to the said letters, petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court. 3.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to respond to the aforesaid letters dated 03.12.2024 and 22.12.2024, at first instance. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
