(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 05.04.2018, the petitioners have joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kundan Singh.

The allegations levelled in the FIR are matter of evidence, which shall be tested by the trial Court during trial. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel, interim order dated 05.04.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioners is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioners are directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
