CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA

Present:

Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner.

(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the issuance of a direction to the Additional District Judge, Gurugram to decide the application (Annexure P-1) moved by him for impleading the Legal Representative in the Reference Petition under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, as pending before it, in a time bound manner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner in this revision-petition and have perused the file carefully. Though, the petitioner herein avers that the application moved by him for impleading the LR, is pending before the Court below but a bare perusal of the said application, i.e. Annexure P-1, reveals that the petitioner has moved the same under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC with a prayer to implead him as the respondent in the afore-said petition. However, keeping in view the fact that almost for the preceding two (02) years, the Courts have been functioning in a restrictive NEETU RANI 2022.03.17 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

manner due to the unprecedented situation arisen because of the outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19, this Court does not find any good reason to issue the direction, as prayed for in the instant revision petition. Resultantly, the revision petition in hand, being sans any merit, is hereby dismissed.
