In the present writ petition, the challenge is to the order dated 09.12.2015 (Annexure P-7) by which, the pay scale and time scale for three years of the petitioner has been reduced and the annual increment of that period has not been given to him, which act of the respondents is totally arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the said order, the petitioner has already filed an appeal dated 01.01.2016, a copy of which has been appended with this petition as Annexure P-9 but the said appeal has not been decided, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 3.
Notice of motion.

Mr. Sandeep Singh Mann, learned Addl. Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the appeal dated 01.01.2016 (Annexure P-9) has been received in the office of concerned authorities and is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, appropriate order on the said appeal will be passed within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of copy of this order. 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
