. /01 The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of the impugned order proceeding (Challan No. HR46961210321132204) dated 21.03.2021 under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 for over loading passed by respondent No.2, whereby the truck of the petitioner bearing No. HR-46-C6050 was challaned and black listed on the portal. It is evident that the Counsel for the petitioner has chosen not to appear repeatedly in the matter.

This Court vide order its dated 14.10.2025 adjourned the matter after noticing absence of the Counsel for the petitioner and directed the Registry to inform the Counsel about the next date of hearing. VISHAL SHARMA 2026.02.24 11:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
