Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of accused petitioner-Sunny Bajaj in case FIR No.45 dated 29.3.2016 under Section 307 IPC and 27 of the Arms Act, PS City Sri Muktsar Sahib. As per allegations, petitioner is accused of having fired upon Bharti Arora which missed her while the second shot hit back bumper of the car.

It is contended that it is a case of no injury. That apart the parties have entered into a compromise dated 19.4.2016(P-1) and CRM-M 15658/2016 seeking quashing of the aforesaid FIR based on compromise stands filed wherein notice of motion has been issued for 3.6.2016 and the parties have been given liberty to get their statements recorded in terms of the compromise before the learned Illaqa Magistrate. Learned State counsel does not dispute the fact of compromise and also states that petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated.
