******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had moved application dated 31.07.2015 before the trial Court seeking regular bail. He had also moved application seeking interim bail. The application seeking interim bail was allowed and after receipt of FSL report, interim bail allowed to petitioner was withdrawn on 23.12.2016. Till date, application filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail has not been decided. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to Special Judge, Kapurthala/trial Court to look into the application dated 31.07.2015 and if the same has not been decided so far, the same be decided at the earliest, preferably within a period of ten days of receipt of copy of this order.
