Mr. Jasjeet Singh Dhaliwal, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State and submitted that in case any representation is pending, the concerned authorities will consider and decide the same as per law.

Counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the aforesaid proposal. 5.

In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to consider and decide representation dated 21.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
