In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib to consider and decide representation dated 21.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
