Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the orders dated 23.3.2001, 29.3.2001, 3.4.2001 and 24.7.2001.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that this case be transferred to the Armed Forces Tribunal as the dispute in the present case is liable to be decided by the said tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not opposed the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents. Accordingly, the writ petition is ordered to be sent to the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandimandir, Chandigarh for decision, in accordance with law.
