**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of necessary directions to respondents No.1 and 2 not to entertain the complaint against the petitioner without affidavit. In the said context, the petitioner has averred incriminating facts in the petition for which indulgence has been sought for the prayer aforesaid.
It appears from Annexure P-4 that respondent No.1 has issued a notice dated 06.02.2020, requiring the petitioner to appear before him on 10.02.2020.
