(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.20 dated 14.03.2022 registered under Sections 379-B, 394, 34 IPC (Sections 392, 397, 323 of IPC added in the Final Report and Section 379-B IPC deleted) at Police Station Sarangpur, Chandigarh.

Custody Certificate of the petitioner has been filed today in Court. The same is taken on record.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner relies upon the order passed by Co-ordinate Bench in CRM-M No.42738 of 2022, dated 27th of January, 2023 whereby co-accused namely Surinder Kumar has been granted regular bail. The petitioner is in custody since 16th of March, 2022. 4.
