(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Mandamus, for directing the respondents to consider the proposal dated 01.02.2019 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner in terms of One Time Settlement Scheme (in short 'OTS') in respect of NPA and other accounts issued vide Circular No. 30 of 2018, dated 15.06.2018 (Annexure P-8) by the respondents, which is amended and extended upto 31.03.2019 vide Circular No. 56 of 2018, dated 24.12.2018 (Annexure P-3). 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner-society had not deposited 10% of the up-front amount in terms of the OTS Scheme (Annexure P-3), therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a complete and comprehensive application under the OTS Scheme with the respondent-Bank along with the requisite amount. 3.
