(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of an appropriate direction to respondents no.1 to 4 to take legal action against respondents no.5 to 11 in FIR no.32 dated 26.03.2017 under Sections 363, 366A, 379B IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Phagwara, District Kapurthala.

ASI Mangat is present in Court. He says that in the aforesaid FIR, investigation has been conducted and the allegations against the accused were not established and accordingly, cancellation report has been submitted. He further submits that since the contents of the FIR were found incorrect, proceedings under Section 182 IPC have been initiated against the petitioner-complainant.

Taking into consideration the limited prayer of the petitioner i.e. issuance of an appropriate direction to respondents no.1 to 4 to take ASHWANI KUMAR 2019.08.17 09:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-13192 of 2017 -2legal action against respondents no.5 to 11 and the stand of the police that during investigation, the allegation levelled by the petitioner have been found false, the present petition no more survives. Dismissed.
