**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (Oral) By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.134 dated 17.11.2023 registered under Sections 324, 307, 34 IPC & Section 25 of Arms Act at PS Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and, thus she wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars in view of changed circumstances.
